These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the My Salary website and services (the "Platform"), operated by My Salary ("we", "us").

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

"Applicant" means a person who registers and submits an application on the Platform.

"Salary Category" means a category published on the Platform with its own monthly salary, number of positions, eligibility, age limit and registration fee.

"Application" means the form an Applicant submits for a Salary Category, including personal, identity, bank and nominee details.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Each Salary Category may set its own maximum age and other eligibility conditions, which are shown on the category page.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.

Each person may submit only one application on the Platform, for one Salary Category. Duplicate or multiple applications by the same person may be rejected.

A Salary Category may require a registration fee, shown on the category page before you apply. The fee is paid online through our payment partner, and your application is submitted only after the payment is confirmed.

Unless the category page states otherwise, the registration fee is non-refundable, including when an application is not selected.

Submitting an application or paying a registration fee does not guarantee selection. Each Salary Category has a limited number of positions. Applications are reviewed and selected according to the criteria we publish or communicate for that category.

Your application status (Pending, Under Review, Eligible, Selected or Rejected) is shown in your account. Our decision on selection is final.

You confirm that all information and documents you submit are genuine and belong to you. Submitting false, forged or misleading information will lead to rejection of your application and may lead to legal action.

We collect and store the personal, identity, bank and nominee details you provide to process your application. This information is accessible only to you and to authorised administrators, and is not sold to third parties.

Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card or UPI credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may add, change, pause or close Salary Categories, including their positions, dates and fees. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you is limited to the registration fee you paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
